ENTERING THE PARK

There will only be 2 entrances into the event in 2025: (1) on School Street and (1) from Main Street on the bridge.

Security will be checking all bags at these locations. See Clear bag policy below.

CLEAR BAG POLICY

Vacaville Fiesta Days will enforce a Clear Bag Policy to reduce security screening interactions and expedite entry to the event.

Guests can carry in blankets and jackets as long as they are readily available for screening at entry.

Guests can bring in parental bags as long as they are readily available for screening at entry.

Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection and screening.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

The festival is held in the outdoors where it is mostly asphalt with some grass or compact dirt walkways. There are some natural shade trees , but hats & sun screen are recommended if you have a sensitivity to the sun. You may bring a blanket or lawn chair for seating.
Prepare for lots of eating, shopping and walking! For your comfort, we highly recommend that you: Wear comfortable shoes. You will be walking on asphalt, dirt, and grass. There may be some uneven ground, particularly in the parking lots.

Dress in layers. Mornings can be cool; afternoons are usually sunny and warm to hot temperatures when the sun goes done it can get cold.
Bring sun protection. We have lots of sunshine in Vacaville, so bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

Bring a chair or blanket to sit on as our main stage is open seating on the lawn
Shirt and shoes are required at all times.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

We’re sorry, but no pets are allowed in the festival, with the exception of service dogs. The City of Vacaville parks & recreation rules prohibit dogs and other animals from being brought into the festival grounds (except service dogs), and California Law prohibits dogs and other animals from being left in vehicles. There are no kennel facilities available at the festival.

IS THERE PARKING

Due to extremely limited parking in downtown, there will be no paid parking options available.
The primary FREE parking areas are located _____________________ with a secondary location __________________. Look for the shuttle signs for boarding the Shuttles to the festival. The ride is approximately 7 minutes long.

IS THERE BICYCLE PARKING?

Secure bicycle parking is available at the rack located at the right side of Main Stage. Please be sure to bring your own lock.

DO YOU HAVE HANDICAPPED OR DISABLED ACCESS?

Yes, the Vacaville Fiesta Days does offer accommodations for disabled guests.

However, there are some things to keep in mind:
There is a paved parking lot for attendees displaying a valid handicapped plate or placard. Follow the signs to handicapped parking. These are limited be advised. Please have your placard displayed at all times.

From the handicapped parking lot, guests will have easy access to a designated festival entrance. This is in closest to school street bridge to the disabled parking. Off East Main

Please note: that the Festival is held within Andrews park. There is some uneven ground in the festival. The festival grounds are mostly asphalt, compact dirt, and grass. There are handicapped restroom facilities Located at back entrance and City Bathrooms off upper park walk ways.

Beaware this is a Park and Cords may be taped down for power.

IS THERE SEATING AT THE FESTIVAL?

An important question. There are a variety of options that you have at Fiesta Days see event calendar on Facebook or Website www.vacavillefiestadays.org if you want a great seat for the music at the Main stage, you will want to bring a blanket or lawn chair and sit under the Trees on the grass area. Come enjoy the music and food.

DO WE TAKE CASH
Bring on the treasure! We're all about convenience, so while we're happy to accept good old-fashioned cash, we're giving the nod to modern convenience with card payments. It's like using a compass instead of a map—quicker and easier to navigate! Travis Credit Union will provide an ATM on the Bridge.

Cannabis Policy

Vacaville Fiesta Days aims to provide a safe, comfortable and pleasant environment for its guests. When attending events at Vacaville Fiesta Days, we ask that all guests abide by the following:

GENERAL RULES:

1. Please show common courtesy to fellow guests by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior.

2. All guests and containers entering Vacaville Fiesta Days are subject to a protective screening and/or search for prohibited items, including alcoholic beverages, narcotics or other illegal items.

3. Vacaville Fiesta Days is a smoking and vaping free facility. Smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce a vapor or smoke are allowed only in designated smoking areas.

4. No sale, consumption or display of cannabis in any form is allowed
